Project Description: 4community Collaborations are partnerships among United Ways and a broad range of community organizations. The purpose is to identify a human service need and create a collaborative plan to address it among a minimum of four partners. Dearborn and Ohio County chose to conduct a needs assessment of their community. SDG and partners will be using information gathered from surveys, interviews and demographic data for the final assessment.
