Economic Development Coalition of Southwest Indiana Strategic Plan Revision
Project Description:
The Economic Development Coalition of Southwest Indiana hired SDG to revise its strategic plan and to assist with updating the region's Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). The process will include analysis of demographic and economic trends, analysis of regional business clusters, interviews with key informants, focus groups to discuss the business climate, and a review of proposed capital projects. A total of four summits - one in each county - will allow broad participation of stakeholders in the input process.
The final strategic plan and CEDS revision will inclue a vision statement, goals, priorities, and action plans.
