Project Description: IDHS has hired SDG to provide project management and planning support for Indiana District 3 which includes the following counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Miami, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley. District 3 is the first of Indiana's ten districts to develop a regional Homeland Security strategy. This project is expected to be completed by the end of September 2007.
