Community Visioning Workshop
The entire community will be invited to this event, which will take place later this summer. At the workshop, participants will help establish priorities for the comprehensive plan. |

The team of consultants will conduct research on existing documents and assemble data on such issues as Morgan County’s demographic composition, history, infrastructure and utility capacity. |

Key Stakeholder Focus Groups
Local representative of the school system, county staff, economic development professionals and others will be invited to discuss Morgan County’s biggest challenges. |
