Project Description: Project Connect is a CAPE funded program from the Lily Endowment. There are two elements to Project Connect. The Connect Counselors are assigned to students at-risk for dropping out of school. The Homework Connection is an after school tutoring sessions for all students, including those struggling with school work. SDG helped the community foundation write a successful grant application. Now we are helping them to evaluate their program.
