Community Visioning Workshop
The entire community will be invited to this event, which will take place later this summer. At the workshop, participants will help establish priorities for the comprehensive plan. Tuesday, August 18th at 6 p.m. at Salem City Hall |

Research
The team of consultants will conduct research on existing documents and assemble data on such issues as Salem's demographic composition, history, infrastructure and utility capacity. |

Key Stakeholder Focus Groups
Local representative of the school system, town staff, economic development professionals and others will be invited to discuss North Vernon’s biggest challenges. |

Initial Recommendations
